What this is, and how to read it

🔍

Search anything

Type a product name, code, category, or even a phrase like "vegan certified" or "gluten free 10mm". Results rank by relevance as you type.

Filter to fit

Narrow by category, production site, certification level, and size/calibration in the sidebar. Counts update live so you always see what's available.

Smart Matcher

Describe a customer brief — required certs, size, category — and let the matcher rank the closest-fitting products across every site.

How search works

There's just one search box, and it's smart. Type a name, code, category, a size, and dietary or certification terms together — in any order. The box pulls each part out on its own, then ranks every product by how well it fits, best match first. It isn't a plain keyword filter, so here's what's going on under the hood.

Try these
fudgeEverything in the Fudge category.
RM713CDJump straight to a product by its code.
kosherAnything Kosher — suitable or certified.
kosher certifiedOnly the Kosher-certified ones — the word certified tightens it.
gluten free 10mmCoeliac-suitable products around 10 mm (±0.5).
caramel 2-5mm rspoCaramel, sized 2–5 mm, RSPO-certified.
How results are ranked
  • Best match first. An exact category or name beats a "starts-with", which beats a word found somewhere else in the spec.
  • Every word must match. Add more words to narrow it down — a product has to match all of them.
  • Typo-tolerant. Longer terms still find close spellings (e.g. butterscoth → Butterscotch).
  • Searches the whole spec. Not just the name — also code, flavour, appearance, allergens, site, and more.
  • Stacks with the sidebar. The search box and the sidebar filters always apply together.
Three words that change the search
  • certified — narrows a dietary term to certified-only. Without it you get suitable and certified.
  • gluten free — a shortcut for coeliac (so is gluten-free).
  • mm — read as a size. 10mm means about 10 mm; 2-5mm is a range.

Reading certification badges

Certifications come in two strengths. The badge style tells you which at a glance — so you never confuse "made to suit" with "officially certified".

🥗 Vegetarian 🌾 Coeliac
Outlined = Suitable The product is made to suit this diet, but isn't formally certified. Fine for most uses; confirm before quoting where a certificate is required.
✡️ Kosher ✓ 🥗 Vegetarian ✓
Filled + ✓ = Certified Backed by a formal certificate. Safe to quote against a customer's certification requirement.

The nine certifications

🌿 Vegan dietary · Suitable / Certified
🌾 Coeliac dietary · Suitable / Certified
✡️ Kosher dietary · Suitable / Certified
☪️ Halal dietary · Suitable / Certified
🌴 RSPO · 🐸 Rainforest Alliance · 🤝 Fairtrade · 🌱 Organic
Dietary certs (the first five) can be Suitable or Certified. Supply-chain certs (the last four) are always shown as Certified when present — the source specs only carry a yes/no for these.
